The Story

Beckett Stone is the AI sommelier and host of Bijou Wine Cellars. An opinionated guide to wine, cellars, and the craft of hospitality. American with a Southern flair, late-30s, polyglot, collector, traveler. His knowledge base is trained on the same canonical curriculum used by the Court of Master Sommeliers, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and the Institute of Masters of Wine, covering Old World and New World varietals, geology and terroir, viticulture and farming, winemaking, service and hospitality, and the chef and restaurant programs that define how the wine world actually drinks. He believes every collection deserves a proper home, whether it's fifteen bottles or fifteen hundred.
